San Jose, CA 95101 (408) 986-6000They are amazing. The last time we used their service, we had to reeschedule the airport pick-up three times in the same day because of flight delays, lost planes, etc.
Still, they were there in the right time!
Fantastic service I would love to use again. After a horrible experience with another service, I decided to yelp one before hand. Sadly, many yelpers reviews have gotten nothing but poor reviews. Even reading each review for details, I wonder if I could get to my 6am flight on time!
Fortunately, there was VIP Airport shuttle, thank you Bobby C. Taking a gamble, I setup my pick up two weeks in advance. The customer service was very nice, quick, answered my questions and explained how their service works. So, the night before my flight, VIP gave me a call to narrow down my pickup time. Considering I setup so far ahead, I'm doubt anyone can plan ahead without knowing who might be departing that morning.
Anyway, they called a good amount ahead, setup a pickup time and they were they ON TIME they said they would be! Holy cow! I just about thought I was dreaming that early in the morning. The driver was nice man who drive quickly but safely, after picking up other passengers to SFO. After paying my fee, I got dropped off at my airline ready to go!
The only thing I would say for anyone, that you might want to tell VIP that your flight is an hour earlier. I was dropped off an hour before my flight. While I didn't miss my flight, it was kinda close to the take off time. Its naturally stressful until you're past security, and I made it past 15 min before takeoff.
Overall, VIP is well worth the service for a good price. Good customer service, drivers, and execution.

My wife was honestly frightened by the service she received. The trip up was fine, although due to some kind of problems they were having, they showed up in an unmarked van, and she had to travel alone. She was nervous about it, but the trip up was uneventful and wasn't a problem.
On the way back, now that's another story.
My wife was told to walk all the way across the terminal to meet the van. After 20 minutes, she called and said "Where's my van?" to which they replied, "Oh, whoops, I told you to go to the wrong place." They wanted her to walk all the way back, plus more, to get to where she was supposed to be, but after some arguing they agreed to pick her up where she was.
After another 20 minutes of waiting, the van arrives but parks some distance from her, even though van parking was right in front of her. They pulled into some strange lot. The driver was already irritable because my wife wasn't on her list.
During the ride home there was a bit of an argument about who should get dropped off first, and what freeway to take. It was a coin toss really, and my wife lost. No problem, if the driver is polite about it... but she was not polite. She was basically exerting power over my wife, saying she won't be able to go home unless she stops telling her what freeway to take. She ganged up on my wife with the other customer! They just kept talking about her in front of her face. My wife decided to keep quiet... this driver seemed unstable and might just abandon her somewhere.
After dropping off the first customer, the driver began driving crazy. My wife saw 90 mph on the spedometer.
My wife did ask to prepay with a credit card before going on this trip, but the driver demanded payment upon arrival to our house. My wife gave her CC number twice already, and said she didn't need to pay. At this point the driver started screaming at my wife, and my wife's friend. My wife's friend had to step in and say, "Hey, stop yelling at my friend!" to which the driver slammed the car door in her face. The driver left skid marks in our driveway when she took off in a huff.
I called the manager about it and complained. I was angry but simply stated the facts and demanded a refund, to which he replied that he didn't believe me and wanted to talk to his driver first, and thought I was being rude to him. Heh, well I didn't say anything rude, but was definitely angry. He didn't want to work with me, and I don't think they really care about their customers. Watch out if something goes wrong for you.
Since we did not get services as promised (professional, courteous service) and instead got an abusive and frightening hell ride down the peninsula, we have asked our credit card company to refuse payment... I will be happy to enter into a billing dispute over this.
And don't be surprised if you get into a VIP shuttle van and you get pulled over by the police. No excuse for that kind of reckless driving.

Very good service.
Recently I hired the shuttle to go to SFO airport from San Jose and back. On both occasions, I found the the service to be of very high standards.
I would highly recommend VIP shuttle.
